Terry, Nick, and Pooya did their best to ensure that my family found a vehicle that would best fit our needs. Despite my million and one questions, they remained patient, provided lots of beneficial information, and continuously extended great customer service. Tammie was also patient and informative in regard to the financial aspect of the process. Although we still have a few questions regarding the operating factors of our new vehicle, Nick has offered and we plan to schedule time with him sometime this week or next week to learn more about our new car's operating features. The employees at Lincoln in Frisco appear to be great people...your company is lucky to have them as employees. I will recommend this location and the aforementioned team members to anyone in the future. My family and I are looking forward to enjoying our new Nautilus.

My car buying experience was great; however, obtaining everything I need to get my tag has not been a great experience. We are now down to the wire to get this accomplished and I still don't have everything I need to get my tag. This process needs attention.
