As usual, my recent service experience at McDavid Lincoln, Frisco, was an example of outstanding customer service. I have options that are closer to where I live in Plano but I continue with McDavid because 27 years of outstanding vehicle service makes for customer loyalty. My current Ford product that is serviced there is my newer F-150. However, the friendly and dedicated service is the same as when my earlier vehicles were then new models of Lincoln and an F-250. That old 1940's adage "Bring you Ford home to your Ford dealer" still applies today. My current F-150, which I've had for some time now, still looks and runs like it just came off the showroom floor. My thanks to the service dept. of McDavid Lincoln, Frisco.

Software was updated successfully on my hybrid MKZ Service Advisor Richard Ancheta checked for any other needed services including recall on driver's airbag. Richard also arranged for transportation home and back to the dealership (a most welcome service). Richard has been our service advisor for 10 years, and has always been a reliable, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly resource.
