A loaner car would have helped since you kept my car for 2 1/2 days. Work never covered by warranty, always find a way out of that.

I was scheduled with an appointment to have service and maintenance on my MKS. I did not have a ride home, so a lyft ride was scheduled. The driver was gracious, careful and professional. I arrived back home within the hour. My car was ready as promised and I am satisfied that everything discussed was done.
