After many, many tries....my phone is able to be used as a key. Because my husband and I made or tried to make 2 different logins to Lincoln Way, everything got mixed-up. No one including the technicians at corporate had an easy fix. But do to the perseverance of Nick Jones and Tony Gonzales...it was finally fixed and works like a dream! I cannot thank them enough as my husband was so frustrated, he threatened to make me give the car back. Now I can start the year with my beautiful new car and a team that will always have my back. That also includes J.J. Jefferson who continually has time to teach me how to use all the new features on this car!
