I'm upset that my car acted the way it did just because the sensors iced up. I read up in the manual, and those sensors were trying to protect me, so I guess I should be thankful.The car was supposedly connected to computer diagnosis and came up with a need for windshield washer, antifreeze, brake fluid, and a few more things we just topped off before I hit the road. That automatically made me doubtful for suggested repairs. I feel like I was being "set up" possibly because I'm a female. Not happy about that.

We used Alex to purchase my wife's Lincoln MKC certified used vehicle a few years ago. When I was looking at purchasing another vehicle, that one has treated us so well that I wanted another. I reached out to Alex. He alerted me when one was available. When the price came down to my liking, it was still available and contacted Alex. Vehicle was driven, trade in valued, and deal closed all within a couple of hours.
