It could not have been more pleasant. The waiting area had lots of people, but plenty of room to spread out. I ended up staying longer than normal, as they found out I needed a new battery. The waiting area used to be so cold and the music was so loud. No more! My service adviser was amazing and kept me updated the whole time. (I did not purchase a car.)
