David handled my issues and resolved them professionally. Some were resolved by him while we were discussing my concerns. The facility itself is beautiful and comfortable. Susan N, who sold me the car, saw in the waiting area and came over to see if my concerns were being addressed, and how I’m doing. Now that’s how customer service.
