This was such a nice experience. Had to have the car worked on, but didn't have a ride home. I decided to stay at the dealer and wait. This dealer is set up for all types of people waiting on their cars. There is a great area to work, with cubicles and plugs for many. There are individual areas with many TVs so that you can have somewhere to sit and watch something you like without having to watch a common TV. There were snacks, water, clean facilities and a nice staff. Thank you for a pleasant experience getting my car worked on.

Eddy has been great for us the past 2 vehicles we have bought. He takes care of every detail and makes the whole process easier. I tell everyone in the market to go see Eddy. Also have been telling everyone how nice the dealership is. Will definitely be back when ready for another navigator

Flawless transaction. I really appreciated NOT being hassled but all my questions were quickly answered. Worked easily to transfer title and paper work for out of state buyer.

Service was great. However, first time we left a message for service Dept to call. No response from service Dept. Then we tried to call numerous times before anyone answered phone. When they finally answered I asked for Susan, our sales lady. She contacted the asked Dept & they immediately called us & scheduled appointment. Thanks Susan!! ������
