The service was great and the people in the service department and reception were excellent. Unfortunately the return of the vehicle left much to be desired. The reprogramming of the transmission resulted in an improvement but the problem still exists. That’s said, I would still highly recommend McDavid studio anyone that asked.

Susan Najjar did a wonderful job directing us through the purchasing process for our Nautilus Reserve. The only hiccup we had was with the process of getting the finance documentation completed. From previous purchases for a Lincoln we had a person sit across a desk from us and hand over a document with an explanation of what the document meant and then we signed the form. With this purchase we were in a small room with no desk and asked several times to put our signature on what appeared to be an laptop type instrument and were unable to see what the document said just a quick explanation from the finance person. Signing on the electronic device was nearly impossible to make out who the signature belonged to. The explanation for the purchase of the protection plans was also a little frustrating in getting an answer of how the purchase would affect the monthly payment often an answer was "let me go see what I can do for you and the finance person would leave and come back with a different payment amount, with assurance from my wife we accepted the protection plan and the monthly payment amount. Again, Susan was very professional and displayed understandable knowledge of the Lincoln products.
