Quick and easy battery replacement.

Had a problem with power steering on my Ford Fusion Hybrid that required a tow, service and pickup. Richard Ancheta did a wonderful job in getting my warranty to cover all but the deductible and having the work done in a timely fashion. Thank you.

My last visit on 9/16/22 was SO much better than our first visit at the new Frisco location which was rude, condescending and beyond frustrating. Last Friday- Richard met me and even though he wasn’t the assigned service advisor - was such a pleasure and started the appointment off on the right foot. If only ever service appointment started and ended this well.
