Excellent GM. Very competent Salesman. Would appreciate better follow up regarding some of the features.

Made an appointment for oil change.Took them three hours to do the oil change.I know they are busy.So am I.I purchased full maintenance package when I purchased the new car.I would have gone some where else otherwise.

It took a month to get the part and have it installed. The running board no longer makes noise when deploying or retracting. I was promised a tank of gas which was not provided.

Alex was welcoming, professional, knowledgeable & extremely informative when I came into the dealership. My financial manager (Alfredo,) also was efficient, provided full explanations, worked with me on extended warranty issues & made the process as easy as possible Excellent, quality customer service from beginning to end.
