Made an appointment for oil change.Took them three hours to do the oil change.I know they are busy.So am I.I purchased full maintenance package when I purchased the new car.I would have gone some where else otherwise.

It took a month to get the part and have it installed. The running board no longer makes noise when deploying or retracting. I was promised a tank of gas which was not provided.
