Having had three years’ annual service with David McDavid Lincoln, I could not be more pleased with my service. It has always been easy to get set up with an appt. The staff is attentive and very pleasant to work with. The complimentary transportation to and from my home 11 miles away is a plus that makes a difference for where I go for service. This service dept. is an organized place that keeps you wanting to return for any issue or need that might come up. Plus they are very nice to 82 year old grandmas.

Bought the car over the phone with Veronica Edwards, She was knowledgable and very pleasant to work with. She had all the paperwork overnighted to a notary in our town who came out so it could all be signed & sent back. Veronica went over the features of the car and what buttons did what when we picked it up.

Everyone at the dealership is friendly, courteous and helpful.

Setting up valet service with my appointment was difficult. Nobody returned my calls even up to the date of service- my wife had to bring my Corsair in, which defeats the purpose of buying the valet service. After the car got to the dealership, things went well. The only other issue is that my paperwork doesn’t explain all the repairs done- it only says that I had an oil change- no mention of the transmission work.
