Communication could have been better. But I’m happy with the work being covered under the extended warranty.

Richard. A. did a good job but the dealership needs to hire more people to do his type of job. Every time I called for updates I was either put on hold for extended time or got voice mail. Also we had to bring our Aviator back twice to have the failed shock get replaced. Very annoying!!

The majority of services were excellent. When completed the driver's side running board was making noise when it opened and closed. I took it back and it was adjusted and not making noise when I left. The next day it was making noise again. They are still working to resolve it.

I am an old customer and Richard Ancheta had always been my service advisor he is very polite always attentive and advises me always the status of my car and give recommendations his service is very good!

My sales person was wonderful. Susan is the best. The finance manager was really helpful and helped to get everything finished quickly and exactly right
