Overall, it was one of the better experiences in purchasing a new vehicle we have experienced. There were no perceived pressure tactics utilized in the sales process and the sales rep. was cordial and patient with us. John Carlson made the process pleasant. However, he always has problems coming up with key fobs when we wanted to preview different vehicles. Maybe a back office problem??

Winnie was wonderful! She took the time to show and tell me about the different models available at my price point, explaining the different features of each. Also, she encouraged me to test drive to make sure it was what I wanted!
