Shantiv was wonderful, and I want to give him 5 stars. Also, the gentleman who was detailing the car and brought it around was very precise and wanted everything to look fabulous, even though I was in a hurry… he hustled around the car making sure everything looked great and had a huge smile on his face.However, I did not care for the financing manager’s attitude and you don’t separate the people we dealt with directly. He was condescending and did not make the buying of my Lincoln feel like a Lincoln experience. He should have training to learn to treat his customers with more respect. Scare tactics, especially to women, are appalling. The sleazy used car lot is calling… he should go there to sell cars!!
