I came on a Monday, but was the service writer said there were three people ahead of me and the wait would be long. He suggested that I may want to wait until the next day as the service writer I usually deal with would be in then. As I was leaving, one of the employees asked if I would like him to clean the car before I left. I did. When I got home I made an appointment for the following day. I was able to see my "regular" service writer, who was very helpful and professional as usual. The wait was rather long, but the surroundings pleasant.
