Richie Johson was very professional and friendly. He helped us to order our Aviator and followed up with us throughout the process. Exceptional customer service!!!

Great services, great people, wonderful experience!

I took my truck in for an oil change, tire rotation, wheel and balance and my truck was ready sooner than expected and it was washed and cleaned!

Ed took good care of me in the service dept.

Online service scheduling was convenient.

Loved Susan and Alfredo!

As always, I had a great experience with Lincoln. That is why I buy from David McDavid. The Frisco location is fantastic, the individual waiting rooms are so comfortable to sit and relax while waiting on your service. And hey, it’s close to my house…so you can’t beat that.My service coordinator is always professional, courteous and caring. I have been working with Richard for years and it has been nothing short of amazing. I know that I am going to be taken care of correctly and if there are any issues they will correct it.

Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Veronica was super helpful and very personable.

Richard Ancheta always on point!!!
