It was ok, too long a wait to finish a deal that was started 3 days before. Then funding came before I picked up the car and finance kept the paperwork so it was almost late getting paid off.

Car was in shop for a week waiting for all parts to come in (not their fault). Communication with updates was not the best as we had to repeatedly call to find out status. Did like the fact that once ready our car was returned via valet service. Overall experience was good.

Veronica was exceptional in every way. She listened to what I wanted and took notes on what was most important to me regarding purchasing a vehicle. She was so personable and I never once felt pressured. When we realized the car I wanted was available, she immediately went to work to help me secure the vehicle.
