Richard Archeta does a good job of communicating status and explaining $$ during my visits. You guys charge too much for a simple oil change, but I guess you've got to pay for that gorgeous new facility some way.

My experience with service at David McDavid Lincoln in Frisco and Plano has been way above that provided by other dealers ... efficient, courteous and they always wash and vacuum the car at a service call. Lincoln is real quality ... so is the service at David McDavid!
