The logo on the sign and the building could be more visible. I made three trips, in speeding traffic, around the area trying to find the building.

Despite having made and "appointment " for service and a random service tech seemed surprised to see me, had no record of the appointment and had never heard of the tech assigned on the appointment. It all worked out except that I didn't get a copy of the tasks performed for my records; I assumed it would come via email, but not yet. Suggest a sign or monolith at the turn-in to mark the drive into the new Frisco facility. I toured a Honda dealership and a Cadillac dealership before I found the turn-in.

The setting to sign the paper work to purchase my car was not my best experience. I sat in a chair in a room with several chairs, a television and a coffee table. When I signed the paper I did not have a desk to sit at. I had to bend over to sign on the coffee table. By the time I finished signing the papers my back as beginning to hurt.

Very nice serviceman. Beautiful facility, needs a Lincoln sign in a more obvious location. Website needs better directions. I like my Lincoln.

Susan and her manager were really nice and worked with us to negotiate a good price and get us on the road as quickly as possible.
