Very nice serviceman. Beautiful facility, needs a Lincoln sign in a more obvious location. Website needs better directions. I like my Lincoln.

Susan and her manager were really nice and worked with us to negotiate a good price and get us on the road as quickly as possible.

The only negative thing I can say is that when I made appointment no one told me that they had moved to a new location. No mention of new location in texts I received prior to appointment therefore I went to old location making me late for my appointment.

Susan Really set the high standard for customer service. She reached out regarding the end of my lease. She listened to what we needed and found the perfect new car. She saw the value of our trade and explained everything clearly. She was a pleasure to work with.

This was my first visit to your new facility and it is a great structure and location. The great service staff obviously made the move with you since the service manager was excellent!
