What began as a simple title transfer, from lease to owner, became a total nightmare. Original expectations were, bring your driver's license and the car, as we need to inspect it before loaning on the vehicle, sounded simple. After traveling 1 1/2 hours to the dealership, I found the "inspection" was an unexpected, full fledged state inspection. The decision not to install new tires until the deal was complete, now became a huge issue, which took 2 days to resolve. Several snafus, brought on primarily due to the dealership in the process of moving to a new location. The inventory had purposely been depleted to make for a less chaotic move, only ended up causing more confusion due to construction delays and move dates changed, to tire suppliers delivering the wrong tires. IN THE END, David McDavid did exactly what they should have done and exceeded my expectations. They sent me home in a loaner vehicle. Two days later, they met me to exchanged vehicles and my MKZ looked beautiful, the new tires were upgraded, it was washed inside and out and filled with gasoline. SO, even after the frustration, aggravation and inconvenience, David McDavid sales and service departments stepped up to the plate and turned a nightmare into a very satisfied and happy customer. The customer service by all involved departments was excellent and they went out of their way to ensure I was happy in the end! Thank you, Susan Najjar and Scott Nelson for turning this situation into a positive one!

During the last month, I experienced great service from the body shop and the service department. Also Lincoln Roadside Service. I was disappointed that the pick up service did not extend to loyal customers after their car is 4 years or older. I understand that a loaner car is not and option either excluding the Covid shortage. I am sure I would been offered a loaner car if I had a new expensive Lincoln. I kind of like a stepchild. SO in the future please consider making some changes. My husband has an Lexus and Sewell Lexus treats him like royalty. Kathie Taub

I relaxed in a comfortable environment while the car received its first service (oil, filter, tire rotation & balance, and multipoint inspection. The only issue, oil got on the car and was not cleaned up. Therefore, I got to clean it off my garage floor.

I had mixed feelings about my service appointment with McDavid Lincoln. Overall the experience was positive and I felt like my service rep did a good job resolving my concerns. The Lyft based shuttle service was very much appreciated and worked really well, this was a nice added touch from a luxury brand. While the shuttle service was great, the lounge experience was pretty average, well below the standard I have seen servicing my wife's Lexus or even my daughter's Honda (during COVID era) The coolers with drinks were clearly stocked with whatever was left over, Diet Coke, Orange Soda and Water Bottles (no regular Coke, Dr. Pepper, flavored water, etc.) and some of these were stuffed into the cooler still in the plastic bulk packaging. It took a couple of visits to resolve my issue, this was the state of affairs for every visit. Its no big deal drinks still get cold, having drinks at all is a bonus, but this gives more a budget vibe than a luxury vibe. On the first visit the coffee machine was out of whatever was needed to make Latte's, Cappuccinos etc. at 7:45 AM. I know this is knit picky, but again, it did not give off a luxury vibe. It felt more like I was in the waiting area of Discount Tire than a luxury car dealer of my $95,000 Navigator.

I have developed a raptor with a serviceman that remembers me and is always making sure that the service request is met. This is my second Lincoln SUV and Ed always gets the car washed before delivery (a nice finish to the service).
