I have developed a raptor with a serviceman that remembers me and is always making sure that the service request is met. This is my second Lincoln SUV and Ed always gets the car washed before delivery (a nice finish to the service).

I purchased this car (Mkz) from David McDavid Plano 6 years ago and have enjoyed their Service Department for every maintenance call. This service call was for oil change and fluids and for annual state inspection. I was in and out under an hour and car was washed and ready to go

Hunter took very good care of my Corsair. He did the 15,000 mile checkup and the Reverse brake. He is outstanding and Vasquez did a great job of cleaning my car. Thank you all so much.

We appreciate all the help that we receive from Richard and all service personnel! We needed a few quirks worked out on our Lincoln with the Siris radio. It is now working fine.
