Amazing Sales person and Tammy in Finance was world class.

I recently had my Lincoln Continental serviced at David McDavid. I tried the valet service. It was wonderful! I booked on line, the driver brought my loan car to my workplace, and my servicing was complete and my car returned to me that same day! So convenient and I’ll do that again next time. Incidentally, the loaner driver was very courteous, professional and efficient. Thank you and Kudos to their service department.

We had to wait a long time to talk to one of the guys in the finance department, but it was too late to get a cashier's check and we wanted to take the car that day, so that's how it works sometimes. Mainly, we need to schedule some time to bring the car in for service. None of the dome lights nor the make-up lights on the mirrors work, nor does the door-handle light on the front door, passenger side work.

Service was for oil change, tire rotation. Satisfied with that service. The car wash/vacumming could use upgrading as my black car had lots of spot drips especially in the rear area of the Corsair due to the dryer at the location not working apparently and the vacuuming of the trunk area which I specifically had requested was not done when I came to pick up the car. I asked for it to be taken back and redone which was kindly done on this second request.
