Steve Kulas my old advisor retired and he was so good over the years. I wasnt sure what kind of service I would get but Roy who helped me also took good care of me explaining what things needed to be done for maintenance and which could wait a bit more like one that is better done in winter so I'll get that at my winter oil change. I'll be back asking for Roy.

The car overheated last Saturday morning. There had been no warning prior to hearing the alarm. I was able to have the car taken to David McDavid dealership. Ed Gusa, "my" service manager, was very, very helpful in getting the car looked at that Saturday afternoon. He was able to provide the "diagnosis" of the problem (leaking water pump) and an estimate of the repair cost. Since the cost of repair was significant, at my request, Ed reached out to the salesperson. All of this on a Saturday afternoon. Ed's service orientation is always superb, but on this day and the following days, he provided significantly beyond 5-star service and care. The service provided by Ed Guza and Concepcion Vasquez is the reason I want to keep using David McDavid Lincoln. Thank you.
