I had a Steller purchase experience at David McDavid Lincoln Plano. The deal was fair on both trade in and new vehicle price given the current market conditions in 2021 with shortage of both used and new vehicles. Both the sales and finance staff were courteous and professional. Given my experiences with other German luxury dealerships I felt that overall this experience ranks above them for a smooth sales negotiation process and how comfortable the entire staff made us feel throughout the transaction. I would highly recommend them for anyone interested in buying a Lincoln in the DFW metroplex.

The service I received when I took my MKX in for an oil change was top notch. I left it there at 1 pm and it was ready less than 2 hours later. As always you all washed my car and it looked so clean and shiny when I picked it up. Hunter was friendly & very professional.

I had the car inspected for the new sticker for 2022. This was handled very quickly and I went on my way. There will be some fluid changes later. My time didn’t permit this at that time.

The Service department was great made it convenient for me to drop the vehicle off and provide transportation back-and-forth once the vehicle was ready. Ed Busa was great!
