I had a very good experience with having my MKX serviced. The valet service picked up my vehicle, left me a loaner, and returned it the same day. I had a 30K regular service plus a recall. The service staff did a good job keeping me informed and ensuring all was well with the MKX, including a nice wash and inside clean.
