The team was very easy to work with. We look forward to our relationship into the future. This is one of the best car buying experiences we have had.

Roy Smith, did an excellent job of coordinating the warranty work needed along with a 10K mile service.

I had a very good experience with having my MKX serviced. The valet service picked up my vehicle, left me a loaner, and returned it the same day. I had a 30K regular service plus a recall. The service staff did a good job keeping me informed and ensuring all was well with the MKX, including a nice wash and inside clean.

Our schedule for getting the car purchased was a little tight and the team worked with us to make it happen with minimal fuss and time waste! Truly appreciated!
