My service has always been excellent...my service writer is great. However, scheduling is horrible. I called and scheduled an appointment, was told my writer was not available and might not be at work on the day I wanted to come in, BUT any service writer would help me and get my vehicle in for service. When I arrived my service writer was in but said there was NO appointment scheduled for me on that day. I told him I had called 2-3 ahead of time and was given this appointment (10:30-11:00 AM) He told me that all service calls are handled thru a call center in Florida !! AND there was at least a 2 hr or more wait tiime for my oil change and state inspection. I was not happy, but my service writer ED GUSA had me in line within 15-30 minutes . Why would a company such as David McDavid Lincoln have such a sorry call center doing their scheduling ?? They don't even give the dealer the info after they schedule the appointment. To say the least this is certainly not good Customer Service...had it not been for Mr Ed Gusa I would have left underset and never come back to David McDavid..He saved me as a customer for your dealership > David McDavid Lincoln ... Hope you can get the call center to do a better job with your scheduling I would love to give this a POOR rating, but at the same time Ed Gusa saved the day for me and I will give a Excellent, because he took care of me, our problem is with the Call Center in Florida !! Please get it corrected. This rating does not reflect the Call Center, which again is very POOR...I am giving the Excellent because of ED GUSA @ David McDavid in Plano Tx....

While it took long time to resolve the issue however the follow-up from the service manager Steve and the valet/loaner pick-up experience was 5 stars. Thank you Steve.

As time consuming and unpleasant as car buying usually is, this experience was a lot better than expected. My sales person (Eddy) was very personable and nice. Romeo Ahmad really kept up with us to make sure all our needs were met. I would definitely choose to deal with this dealership again. PS.. I hate the car buying experience, but like the folks I had to work with at David McDavid.

Excellent service. Everything was ready to go both when I got to dealership and when I returned to pick up my car. The adviser,Hunter was polite and efficient. I will return to David McDavid again for service Thank you
