My first time back to the dealership with my new car where it was purchased. I owned an Acura before so was always notified of service by the car. The Lincoln doesn't do that and by the time I realized it, I was about 1,000 miles overdue for the first check on the car and oil change. I was assigned an agent when I called and made the appointment. I was met immediately, but had to wait for my agent to get off a phone call about approving service for another customer. Meanwhile, the agent who met me went and sat back at his desk and there I stood an unwanted eavesdropper on a conservation that didn't concern me. I'm not sure why the other agent didn't just offer to help me. I don't know anyone there yet. I was checked in quickly once the conversation was over and the work was done in the time promised. The facility was clean and both agents I encountered were very kind. My car came back clean and this time clearly marked so I will be mindful of the next service due.

From the moment I pulled in, my specialist took total care of me. I was at the dealership for about 4 hours and he updated me about what was going on with my vehicle about every 30 minutes to 1 hour. Every repair was explained in detail and asked approval before the repair was done. My car came back to me clean and ready to go! It was the first time I had ever been in the dealership, but I will definitely be back!

My father recently passed of COVID-19 and he had always taken his and my mother’s Lincoln to tour shop for service. This includes many many Lincoln’s over many many years. I recently took my moms MkT in and my advisor Steven Kulas not only remembered dad but was also shook by his loss. Little did I know the places my father had an impact. We exchanged stories and laughs about him and I could not have been more at ease. In a world where you “brace” yourself often for what service has become, David McDavid Lincoln and specifically Mr Kulas are a beacon of how it should be done. I left the dealership w confidence things were done right (including him telling me my moms vehicle had an extended warranty I knew nothing about). I can’t express in words my gratitude just to see what a positive and unexpected impact my dad had in what was apparently a special place to him.
