The experience on the day of repair was excellent, the only issue I had related to communications prior to the appointment. Throughout the whole process, staff was polite, professional, work was great, but you just need to improve the communications flow. I used the on-line chat function to request a service appointment. Information was taken, I was supposed to receive a call within a few hours, never did. 24 hours later I called service desk, thankfully the timeslot I wanted was still available, it was scheduled. I had a couple of specific questions about my service, attendant tried to transfer for to a service manager, after 3 iterations of waiting on hold, being dumped back to the attendant, I was told someone would call me back within a couple of hours. Again, 5-6 hours go by, nothing. So, I call back to explain that I need to get my question answered to understand if I need to arrange transportation for the next day or not (i.e. will this take 1 hour or 4 hours). The attendant as always was very polite, could tell I was getting a bit irritated, and finally got someone on the line to answer my question. The service personnel answered my questions in less than 2 minutes, and then the day of service was excellent.

McDavid Lincoln did a great job servicing our new Lincoln Corsair. We had an issue with the backup camera working on and off and they took it right in the shop, ordered the new camera and installed it in just a few days. We worked with two very helpful folks, excellent communication throughout the process and kept in touch often. We plan to continue getting both of our Lincoln vehicles serviced here.

Richard took great care of me and my car, just as he always does. Probably would not come to the dealership if it wasn't for Richard. He understands everything and immediately gets the job done. Give him a rase so he never leaves. Great job!
