Several good things. This is my fifth Navigator, and I shopped the completion hard, looking at the full range of SUVs on the market. I started with the assumption that I WAS NOT buying another Navigator. I drove 12 others and decided even at the comparatively higher price, to get our fifth one. Sales TEAM did well, but delivery felt rushed Finance, Kai, was great, accurate, quick and friendly. Way better, (10x) better than last time. Car is very great It is very difficult to get set up instructions, Lincoln needs a REAL step by step guide. I read the manual cover to cover and am still struggling with the automatic function on HVAC, dash configuration and a few other points There are a few videos on Lincoln.com but insufficient. When we bought our Lexuses they had a team to teach how to use the Tech. If you want to go head to head with Lexus, you need better waiting areas, both in Dealership and Service and a more thorough delivery protocol. Would love a good Lincoln hat, rather than a pen and key chain that does not fit the key🙃. One last but annoying thing is the huge puddle that is Always on the West entrance, been there for 10+ years I participated in a focus group that they did not tell us until the end was for Lincoln while you were creating what turned out to be your Black Label, It is added luxury but we could not justify the price.
