Felipe made this a good experience. However, I am wondering why they didn't catch my battery was going out on the 30,000 mile inspection I had the week before. Normally, I wouldn't say anything but I got the 30,000 mile check up a few weeks early because I was taking the family on vacation on the following Monday after I picked up from inspection, and we jumped in the car and click. Nothing. I didn't have time to mess with the car, so I had to rent a car for the week. On top of this, there is a problem with the leather dash board on the car coming apart, and was told that David McDavid's service manger wasn't going to do anything about this until Lincoln signed off on it. I can't understand what that is a problem, its under warranty. And BTW its been quiet since then, going on two weeks, so I am betting I will get ghosted on this one. Not at all happy with that. While Felipe did a great job, I am not too happy with David McDavid.
