I found a listing on CarMax, made an appointment to drive the car, and drove it home that day. My sales person, Susan Najjar was amazing. I would recommend her and your dealership to any one interested in a Lincoln product.

Richard always takes care of me. He scheduled my appointment to meet my available times. When I arrived to the dealer, he greeted me and showed me where the coffee machine was and the goodies. I was very relaxed while I waited for my vehicle.
