I have always been impressed with your service area.

Felipe made this a good experience. However, I am wondering why they didn't catch my battery was going out on the 30,000 mile inspection I had the week before. Normally, I wouldn't say anything but I got the 30,000 mile check up a few weeks early because I was taking the family on vacation on the following Monday after I picked up from inspection, and we jumped in the car and click. Nothing. I didn't have time to mess with the car, so I had to rent a car for the week. On top of this, there is a problem with the leather dash board on the car coming apart, and was told that David McDavid's service manger wasn't going to do anything about this until Lincoln signed off on it. I can't understand what that is a problem, its under warranty. And BTW its been quiet since then, going on two weeks, so I am betting I will get ghosted on this one. Not at all happy with that. While Felipe did a great job, I am not too happy with David McDavid.

My only issue is the time it takes a service advisor to come out of their office and greet me in the garage

Susan was fantastic. Got us in and matched with our car quickly. Was a smooth experience. Couldn’t be happier.

I was due for service on my 2017 MKX. I made a call, was able to schedule my appointment when it was convenient to me, and was in and out in about an hour. Oil changed and car washed. Service Advisor took care of me, made sure I was kept informed which has always been my experience. Try them for your service needs. You will be happy you did.
