This was a callback service. I had diffculty getting an appointment and had to try to contact a service advisor multiple times before successful. My messages were unanswered, including one to the service manager! Only after I asked the main operator to get someone on the line for me did I get to make n appointment. This is a repetitive flaw in your service system. Don't say I could have made the appointment on line ... I had a question and there was no way on your appointment page to do that. Also ... don't sa it's that COVID thingy ... that's already overworked to the nth degree.
