This is the second car that I bought with the help of Susan Adair and I love working with her. Helpful, knowledgeable and efficient; a truly enjoyable experience. The only thing I could do without is all of the extra protection plans that I had to decline before purchasing my vehicle, but this had nothing to do with Susan. It would have been easier if I was allowed to read the options personally and sign off on them. Instead, I had to listen to the woman explain each one and then say no! Boring and a waste of my time!
