Got in with no problems. Joel kept me updated with the status and estimated cost of repairs. Black Beauts (as I call the most illustrious 2014 Lincoln MKS) was returned working good and all cleaned up.

We needed a new car. Got one. Everything was fine. I resent that it takes 4 hours of negotiation to get in and out. I dread buying new cars....
