Got in with no problems. Joel kept me updated with the status and estimated cost of repairs. Black Beauts (as I call the most illustrious 2014 Lincoln MKS) was returned working good and all cleaned up.

Overall an improvement from my prior interactions in terms of customer service and friendliness. I would recommend improving the communication, my appointment was cancelled last minute but then the team was able to reinstate later that day, and then when I was supposed to return the car it got canceled again due to an internal miscommunication. The team was helpful to solve the issues

The work was great but the communication was not the best. I had to keep texting everyday to get an update. It sometimes took several hours for a text back. I would try to call by phone, but could never reach anyone. I have 3 kids and rely heavily on my vehicle. I was never asked if I wanted a loaner. I had to bring it up but did not get one. Why did I pay extra for a Black label??
