The dealership made us feel safe as everyone followed all rules with masks on, social distancing, and cleaning cars after being driven. McDavid dealership was clean and had good inventory. Our sales associate is THE BEST. Susan is honest, pleasant, and always knows exactly what we want in a car. We love Lincoln and Susan and that is the reason we bought another Lincoln. Everyone at the dealership whom we dealt with just added to the experience to make it the best. We love our new car!

Scott Nelson was my service manager and he quickly took care of the recall and update to car electronic system. He ordered and promptly mailed the SYNC 3 NAVAGATION MAP UPDATE for my 2017 MKX. However, it did not update the system. I will try again but may need help if it doesn't work a second time. Was never sent an invoice after giving my credit card for the billing when ordered. Thanks Scott for providing a car while waiting for service.
