Topnotch technicians

This was a warranty visit to correct things on anew purchase. Everything was corrected but I had to wait for 2 days for missing parts to arrive.

This is our "go to" dealer. We have purchased 3 new and 2 used cars from them and never been disappointed. Sale staff, particularly Edward Freeman, are knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and friendly. We have had the same terrific experience in the service department. We don't even think about shopping anywhere else.

I have always taken my car to David McDavid for its service and repairs. Steve Kulas is my service manager, and I trust him to take care of my car and to tell me only the services I need, or repairs that are necessary. I think it says a lot about David McDavid that Steve was the first service person I started with in 2007 when I bought my Mercury and he is still there. If I have to leave my car they have Leo the curtesy driver take me home and come back to get me when my car is ready. Leo has also been there since I bought my car. They always have it washed and ready to go. The customer service is so friendly, you feel like you are dealing with your long time friends.

The technicians are always so friendly and accommodating, Steve is my favorite! And the staff behind the scenes are always so welcoming and friendly as well. Knowledgeable staff all around it.
