I was shown several vehicles to try to match the preferences I had outlined. The sales person was very kind and patient. At some point during the selection process the person with whom I first started the vehicle selection was tied up with another customer but one of the salesperson colleagues came to assist us. Overall my experience was very positive.

My scheduled service has been completed on time and I’m extremely satisfied with the way my problems were corrected.

Always a pleasure

After spending about 3 long weeks shopping the market for a pre-owned SUV we were growing discouraged by the lack of good deals, and also by the poor way dealers were treating us. I received a hit on TrueCar for a vehicle that met our criteria from David McDavid Lincoln in Plano. I reached out and received a prompt reply from Henry Ford (I got a kick out of our salesmen sharing the same name as the founder of Ford Motor Company). Henry had no issue providing me with a detailed 5 minute walk around video of the vehicle, along with an out the door price quote. We decided to head up to the dealership and were pleased to find that the vehicle was exactly as Henry described it to be. Henry was a true professional, and was knowledgeable enough to answer any questions we had about the vehicle. There were no hidden fees, everything was exactly as Henry told me it would be. Henry even made sure we received our TrueCar membership discount of $250. When we met with Mike Wilson the F&I Business Manager to get the paperwork squared away everything went very smoothly. Mike didn’t try to “scam or trick” us in any way. Mike let us know what warranty and GAP insurance options they offered, however he didn’t pressure us to purchase anything. When we informed Mike that we were financing through our credit union he didn’t pressure us into financing with the dealership. Mike was happy to work with our outside lender. Overall it was a truly outstanding experience and we highly recommend them.
