Due to unforeseen event with my vehicle they were able to change my original appointment to accommodate my needs, provided quick drop/pick up service along with a nice area to wait whether I needed to use the computer for business or watch the latest news while sipping a beverage on a comfortable chair. The service persons like (Steve and his back up service persons when he is not available) advise fairly and openly and the repair team really does what they say they are doing including a true inspection while working on tasks at hand. I've been elsewhere when that does not happen and do appreciate the trusted service here I've used since working with an awesome salesperson (Susan) 2011 and continue to return. Even the car cleaning team (Cory and others are so polite, kind, friendly and helpful) Thank you David McDavid Team for all you do daily!
