My car wouldn't start, and I was advised to use the Lincoln roadside service to get a jump start. They showed up right on schedule, and I drove my car into the dealer on time for an appointment they had arranged. They put in a new battery, verified that there was no other problem behind the battery failure and recommended a couple of other service items that could all be completed within the 2-hour period that I used productively in their pleasant WiFi-enabled waiting area. I was completely satisfied with the entire service.
