Richard Ancheta has been the service representative caring for my car since I bought it. 'The service has always been outstanding, and finished in an acceptable time. I will continue to use McDavid service in the future.

Service advisor was great along with the valet service. My only problem was I was not able to schedule my 22,000 mile check up via my app. I had to call and was transferred a couple of times. It should have been an easy set up.

Nice staff, they take the time and explain what is needed or what can wait. I greatly appreciate the mechanic's. I don't feel like you're trying to rip you off when I get my cars fixed

It's a continuing service that has not yet completed. Work on a/c was completed but that work caused a problem with cooling system which is now being worked. vehicle is on the rack awaiting completion>
