We purchased car 8/28. It was in the shop until 9/9. Will need to bring it back as we can't get the electronic door locks to work. McDavid always has excellent service.

Excellent advice and service from Richard Ancheta and the shop technicians.

My customer service rep. got me and out very fast, recognized me by name before we discussed what had to be done. Service like this is very important to me.

Great service!

Richard is a great service advisor. I've always enjoyed the experience with DMLM.

The service department was able to work me in with very short notice and help address my battery issues. Very satisfied.

The experience we had was unbelievable. Our Sales Person, Mr. Freeman was awesome. He made the process very seamless and enjoyable. His knowledge about Lincoln and its business model was very enlightening and refreshing! The experience with the business manager was pleasant as well. We have enjoyed car thanks to the service we received.
