I used the valet service for the first time and had some trouble trying to schedule my appt but I called the dealership and got ahold of Russ Edmonson in the service dept. and he immediately took care of it. He set it up and gave me all the information I needed and it went very smooth. He provided me with his direct number and when I called and he wasn't available, he returned my call very promptly!! He did an excellent job and will definitely be my go to service adviser going forward!!
