When we purchased my wife's certified pre-owned MKC it looked, smelled and drove like a showroom fresh vehicle. I thought Eddie Louis, our salesperson was the best I have ever dealt with, but that extended to James Ogola in Finance. But the Service provided to me by Scott Nelson and most recently by Henry Medina are beyond compare. They were both very responsive and listened to what the issue was at hand, and then tracked the oil change and repair throughout the process and let me know as I waited in the very nice, pleasant service waiting room! My experiences could not have been better! In fact, I am sorry they only go to 5 stars not 10! This location of McDavid Lincoln is First Class, Sales through Service!

I was extremely happy with my experience of turning in my lease and leasing a new 2019 MKC. The hospitality and service of David McDavid Lincoln and Mr. Edward Freeman were top notch. My husband remarked that he had to “come down from the experience” as even he was thoroughly impressed (and that takes a bit).
