As always service was excellent!

The sales staff provided us with many updates during the build of our special order Nautilus. Our sales representative even went out of his way to personally pick up our vehicle at the rail yard so that we would not have to wait another week for delivery. He made sure that all of the features of the Nautilus were explained and has followed up several times to make sure that the vehicle was living up to expectations.

My vehicle was serviced in less than 50 minutes, an oil change and tire rotation was performed on vehicle. I appreciate the consideration that was placed on the value of time.

Service was excellent as usual. Steve Kulas was my service advisor and he took care of everything. My Black Label Mkc was picked up and a loaner car provided me while my service was being completed. My car was returned in a timely manner as promised. Could not ask for any better service!

Easy to make an appointment. Service was prompt. Comfortable waiting room. Would appreciate more feedback during the service process if it is taking longer than expected. Would like to have options for shuttle. Does Lincoln work with Uber or Lyft?
