I had an issue with my vehicle as soon as I left the lot. There were some hiccups with communication which led to time being passed with my outcry of hey I think there’s something wrong. I knew my car was used as is so didn’t want to take the chance of the issue not being acknowledged right way. Omar did step up to assist which I’m grateful because I try to do right by everyone. Maxwell I believe that is the service guy..He was very polite and kept me updated from the begin which I appreciated very much.
