Every thing was great.

Our experience was fantastic. The selection and quality of cars went far beyond my expectation level. The sales process was fast and easy. Mr. Ford was easy to reach and willing to spend as much time with us as we needed. The finance portion usually can be dry and boring but not with AJ! He was a gracious host. I felt like I was invited into his home. He knew how to help us make the final decisions on our financing. He's fast with his paperwork, too.

Service was excellent

Overall experience was great. I made an appointment for just one thing to be done, but when I arrived, I asked him to have three other items addressed. He happily accommodated but informed me it would take much longer than just doing the one repair. As soon as a loaner was available, he got it set up and had me out the door. After the repairs were done, I called back with questions and he answered them thoroughly in a language I a person not familiar with the inner workings of a car can understand.

The service I received was very good. The technician was thorough and helpful in providing services for my car.
