I took my 2014 Lincoln MKS in on 11/1/18 for it's regular service. Richard Ancheta, as usual, was very efficient in checking me in and getting the regular service items started. As part of the multipoint inspection, they found that I needed brake work on the rear wheels. Based upon our discussion, I elected to proceed with that additional service. Richard kept me advised on progress and saw to it that all the work was completed correctly and as timely as possible. I was fully satisfied with Richard and the David McDavid service department, and will return at my next service interval.
